1.  We have a great commission to go out in all the world and compel men to come to Christ. That is easy to say when all is going well, but it can be hindered if you are discouraged yourself. I want to be an encouragement to all Pastors to help you stay focused.

2.    To open doors to young minds and creative thinkers to how this fellowship can achieve this greatest potential. To provide new opportunities of growth for the chosen men and women of God that have been overlooked and passed over because they would not bow to Baal.

3.    To begin the healing process of the many discouraged pastors hearts that have been broken and sadly disappointed by those they trusted to be their example. By giving them freedom to exercise as God gives them the unction in their particular calling.

4.    To remove all the walls that separate us as the children of God. For there should be NO division among us. We invite all pastors and women to board the fellow-SHIP as we sail the troubled waters of jealousy and envy. Yes, we know we will encounter some storms along the way, but the one thing that will keep us from sinking is our unity and respect for one another. The blood of Jesus was not different blood types, it served its purpose and that was to cover all sins of all mankind.

5.    One Blood. One People. One Vision. One Church. How can we love God whom we have never seen and hate our brothers who we see daily. I beseech you, that we drop our weapons of denominations and cultures and homemade UNscriptural doctrines and pick up our wounded and dying and get along. Satan is not divided. That is why the more we preach about love the more he kills. The more churches we build the more liquor stores and porn houses open. Our message is strong but our example is weak! Churches fighting one another, Pastors shooting at one another from behind the sacred desk, not fellow-shipping because of some petty difference in how we interpret this. The greatest commandment is that you love one another. The nonsense must cease, and love must increase. This is not an option but not a necessity.

6.    We see International and National programs set up, to help pastors and evangelists do the work they have been chosen to do. Hands on training teaching them about their tasks and giving them the wisdom and knowledge, how to best perform not just how to quote scriptures. Or just having the knowledge to break down Hebrew translations. We have learned that is not how much you know, but to use what you know. Empty wagons make a lot of noise because they have nothing  in them.

7.We will establish a Pastoral connection on the internet for Pastors to share and be able to talk about their struggles and challenges and receive prayer and guidance counseling.

8. We need to connect financially (I.A.M. Credit Union) so we can really make a difference when our brother or sister needs help, they won’t have to depend on the huge corporate institutions to rate them by their credit or their color.

9. Pastoring is a full time job and I would like to show our constituents in the Gospel how they can become financially independent, and give the Gospel full time and really Pastor and meet the needs of the flock. You will see how it can make or break a ministry when you are on call 24/7 and being able to respond.

10. This fellowship is also devoted to our youth of today. I believe that they are reachable and it is up to us as leaders to make them a priority. We will create programs on a national basis that causes them to feel that they have a voice and can contribute to our cause. They are our replacements, and they need to know what to do when that time comes. Don’t let the vision die with us. Teach them, so the vision can live on. We have seminars and work groups set up now, to help our young people and expand and grow in the church.

Our major theme is “Love ye one another.” And if  it's not about love then it is not about God. Because we differ on some issues, does not give me a valid reason to hate or disrespect one another . How can I love God whom I never seen and hate my brother who I see every day, Pastors must show love to teach love.

Let us ,Bishops, Overseers, Pastors ,Evangelist, and Missionaries .come together  at least once a year in one place , on one accord, and watch God Move.
