Bishop John F. Morris
Bishop John F. Morris, at the age of 18, was ordained by our founder Bishop W.T. Phillips in the Apostolic Overcoming Holy Church, and was sent to Pastor in Bessemer, AL . After fours years of growth and development. he was then sent to Huntington W.VA to help Pastor Katherine Jackson. He later moved to Los Angeles, California where he began to evangelize for 10 years under the Pastorate of the one and only Bishop R.W. McMurray, all over America in the P.A.W. organization. Thousands of souls were lead to the Lord through his Anointed Ministry.
In 1982, he accepted the Pastorate of the Bethel Apostolic Church in Chicago, IL. After 18 years of dedicated service, he was lead to start a new church in Columbus, OH. in 1998 It grew to 50 members in less than a year. The name of the church was Deliverance Temple A.O.H. Church. In 1999 he accepted the call to Los Angeles, CA. to Pastor The St. Peter AOH church it grew to over 175 members. In July of 2000 he received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the Pentecostal Bible College in Tuskegee, AL. 2001.
But in November 2001, God gave him a vision to begin another new work called the International Anointed Ministries of Jesus Christ with 6 members in his home God began to bless the work and we had to find a larger place and we moved to 1708 Centinela Bld. in Inglewood Ca., and in 2004, Bishop Morris was lead of the Lord to "Gather the Fragments" which he reached out to a few local churches of Different Faiths and gave birth to the IAM. Non- denominational Fellowship of Churches Worldwide, now with over 200 Pastors and affiliate churches in 14 States Of America and 7 countries over seas ,we see tremendous growth and have confidence that this vision will be fulfilled.
